The Ferret Leak Locator pinpoints leaks that other systems struggle to find. Leaks are
located to within an inch. Even small leaks in plastic pipe that make no noise can be
found easily.
The system leak tests the pipe as it goes, confi rming instantly the sections that are not
leaking. This quickly eliminates large lengths of pipework from the search area. Side
branches are tested for leaks as the Ferret passes along the main line. The system is
self-propelled, and unlike pushed systems, the Ferret can pass easily through fi ttings.
This extends the survey range and eliminates excavations to get past restrictions.
